Nicole L. Deas, MBA, AAMS, CFEI is the founder and lead advisor of One Source Financial Solutions. She serves as a Wealth Strategist, Licensed Insurance Agent and Certified Financial Education Instructor.

Prior to founding her advisory firm, Nicole assisted on the trading floor at Wachovia Bank(now Wells Fargo) where she was trained to assist corporate and individual clients with identifying investment and insurance services that would help them achieve their financial goals.  Earlier, Nicole interned with Citigroup in New York where she was responsible for analyzing mathematical models of interest rates and market fluctuation for making better portfolio decisions.

With over 25 years within the financial and life insurance industries, Nicole is known for her business acumen, strategic perspective, operational execution, collaborative leadership style and her appetite for taking on new challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Policy Studies and Business Administration from Syracuse University, an MBA from Southern Polytechnic State University, and holds life and health insurance licensure in 20 states. She is also the author of her best-selling book “90 days of Forever”.

She has secured her Accredited Asset Management Specialist certification from The College for Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Education Instructor with the National Financial Educators Council.

Nicole is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Acworth and Kennesaw Business Association and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She also sits on the board of the Zeal Foundation of Georgia serving underprivileged women and children.

Nicole is loving wife to Darrin and mother of Imani and Kanye. She loves active sports including hang gliding, bungee jumping, parasailing and skydiving and all water sports!
